Senior QBO Accountant

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Bookkeeper who knows QuickBooks Online inside and out. This isn't an entry-level or ops-support role — we need someone with a real accounting background who can hit the ground running on day one.

What You'll Do

- Work independently in QuickBooks Online, handling day-to-day bookkeeping without hand-holding

- Migrate client books from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online

- Prepare and post journal entries accurately, without training

What You Need

- Solid accounting background (this round, we're only considering candidates with accounting experience — not ops-only resumes)

- Expert-level QuickBooks Online skills

- Proven experience migrating QBDT to QBO

- Comfortable owning journal entries and bookkeeping independently

Preferred Candidate Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience

- Accounting degree required; CPA preferred

- Proven management-level experience

- Previous experience reporting directly to a Director or higher

- Available to work full US business hours (night shift in the Philippines)

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong communication and professional writing skills

- High attention to detail and ability to learn complex workflows quickly
