Senior Project Manager – Class Action & Remediation

This remote senior-level role leads complex Class Action and Remediation administration projects from planning through completion. You will serve as a trusted client-facing partner while overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality. The position combines project leadership, financial management, operational discipline, and team development. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and help ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across complex engagements. Success requires strong judgment, analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to manage shifting priorities independently. The role also provides opportunities to coach project professionals, improve processes, and contribute to operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Accountabilities:
- Serve as a primary operational contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring requirements, expectations, and deliverables are clearly understood and met.

- Lead complex Class Action and Remediation administration projects from initiation through completion, maintaining timelines, budgets, quality standards, and overall delivery objectives.

- Manage project financial performance, including budgets, estimates, revenue forecasts, invoices, and financial objectives.

- Advise other Project Managers on forecasting, budgeting, and invoice accuracy.

- Coordinate cross-functional resources across data, technology, sales, call center, claims, disbursement, and other operational teams.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks and potential issues, develop contingency plans, and adjust resources and priorities as needed.

- Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure project assignments and internal requests are completed accurately and on schedule.

- Maintain clear communication with project teams and leadership regarding status, priorities, risks, issues, and changes.

- Handle complex or sensitive client situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented approach.

- Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate project personnel while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

- Support employee development, succession planning, and the creation of a strong internal talent pipeline.

- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, controls, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

- Partner with business and operational leaders to implement best practices and streamline service delivery.

- Use data and analytical approaches to identify issues, evaluate performance, solve problems, and support business decisions.

- Collaborate across client services, sales, and operational functions to maintain strong service standards while supporting efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

- Extensive project management and client-facing experience, including responsibility for complex projects, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams.

- Hands-on experience in eDiscovery, with significant experience using Relativity and/or RelativityOne.

- Bachelor’s degree in management, a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience preferred.

- JD, MBA, or another relevant advanced degree preferred.

- PMP certification through the Project Management Institute preferred.

- Previous experience in banking or financial services preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, forecasts, timelines, resources, deliverables, and client expectations.

- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, development, and supervision.
