This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Manager based in United States.

This role leads the delivery of complex, enterprise-level IT solutions for healthcare provider clients across the United States. You’ll oversee projects from initial kickoff through production rollout, coordinating internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors. The position combines project planning, budget and resource management, risk mitigation, and executive-level communication. You’ll ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the engagement. The role also provides an opportunity to influence and strengthen professional services methodologies and project management practices. It is well suited to an experienced project leader who thrives in complex, matrixed environments and enjoys turning challenging initiatives into successful outcomes.

Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise IT projects, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering schedules, tasks, resources, milestones, risks, and production rollout.

- Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure effective execution and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage project budgets, staffing, resource allocation, and expectations across multiple contributors.

- Establish clear priorities and facilitate collaboration across internal and external teams.

- Monitor project progress, time utilization, deliverables, risks, and issues, providing regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders.

- Lead project status meetings, reviews, and ad hoc updates to maintain transparency and support timely decision-making.

- Partner with clients to resolve issues, mitigate risks, manage changing requirements, and maintain delivery momentum.

- Support commercial and agreement processes, including statements of work, effort estimates, and budget planning.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners while identifying opportunities for additional services and support.

- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of professional services methodologies, particularly project oversight and delivery practices.

- Drive projects to successful completion while adapting to changing priorities and operational requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in the software industry, including 6+ years of project management experience involving large-scale deployments.

- Experience delivering projects within healthcare services, healthcare technology, or systems integration environments is highly desirable.

- PMP or PgMP certification is preferred.

- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

- Experience with professional services automation platforms such as OpenAir or FinancialForce is a plus.

- Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects within complex, matrixed corporate environments.

- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, customer management, and conflict resolution skills.

- Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, and priorities effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, autonomy, and a customer-focused approach.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail.

- Proven ability to establish productive relationships across internal teams, clients, and external partners.

- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%.
