If this sounds like you, we would love to meet you. _____________________________________ ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking to hire a Senior Product Marketing Manager (L3) who will shape how CareMessage communicates the value of our products to the market. You will own the positioning, messaging frameworks, and launch execution for our rapidly evolving product suite and integrations. We’re looking for someone with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities, including interoperability, data intelligence, and AI-assisted workflows, into clear, compelling, and differentiated narratives for our key customer segments such as Healthcare Networks, FQHCs, free clinics, and tribal health organizations. This is a highly cross-functional role. You’ll represent the Product Development Department as you work closely with other departments including Brand, Growth, and Customer Success to ensure that each feature or integration is understood, adopted, and properly represented across audiences. You will bring structure and clarity to how CareMessage presents what we build, helping create alignment internally and strong resonance with customers externally. You will report to the Director of Product and play a foundational role in building the product marketing function as we scale. WHAT YOU WILL DO OWN PRODUCT ADOPTION, UTILIZATION, AND USER ENGAGEMENT THAT IS OPTIMIZED FOR DRIVING HEALTH EQUITY IMPACT ACROSS ALL CUSTOMER SEGMENTS - Develop segment positioning and messaging frameworks in alignment with our customer segments, health equity framework, and market insights. - Develop Go-to-Market plans for new product releases that ensure cross-departmental collaboration and coordination towards measurable adoption goals. - Rely on scalable approaches to driving adoption of new and existing products using automation via tools like Intercom, scalable engagement via webinars or conferences, and using data analytics and AI tools to ensure our adoption funnels are understood and tracked. - Produce collateral that supports our adoption goals including launch packets, product briefs, demo videos and training, FAQ’s, help center documentation, and in-app onboarding. BUILD A REPEATABLE APPROACH AND PROCESSES FOR PRODUCT MARKETING THAT WORKS IN-SYNC WITH ALL STAGES OF THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY - Build the product marketing function from 0 to 1, ensuring the basics of sustaining current releases is being met while keeping an eye for supporting product-value communication across the organization. - Organize and maintain our internal market insights through regular customer interviews, user research, and competitive intelligence. - Produce enablement materials that support the communication of product value across our entire customer journey, from sales qualification to customer exits. This may include one pagers, decks, press releases, case studies, and battlecards. CONTINUOUSLY REVISIT, MONITOR, AND ITERATE ON PRODUCT VALUE COMMUNICATION - Steward product marketing strategy, consolidating key positioning and messaging that balances market positioning with brand values. - Support the efforts of the product development function in achieving broader goals for our customers and users. WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITHIN 30 DAYS YOU WILL: MASTER CAREMESSAGE’S PRODUCT PORTFOLIO, ROADMAP, AND USER WORKFLOWS. - Become deeply familiar with CareMessage customers (FQHCs, Free Clinics, and Tribal Health Organizations) as well as key user types (Executives, Operations, Care Coordination, IT, etc) through direct customer interviews, listening to customer calls and reviewing past user research. - Audit existing product marketing assets and messaging to develop your initial assessment of an updated Product Marketing strategy. - Establish working cadence with Product, Brand, Growth, and Customer Success. WITHIN 60 DAYS YOU WILL: DELIVER AN INITIAL DRAFT OF AN IDEAL PRODUCT MARKETING PROCESS AND DELIVER YOUR FIRST PRODUCT RELEASE - Develop a draft of our segment positioning and messaging frameworks in alignment with our customer segments, health equity framework, and market insights. This includes developing competitive and market landscape insights. - Propose updated processes to continuously support new product releases and communicate upcoming releases to the organization. - Support your first product release by aiding the execution of release tasks WITHIN 90 DAYS YOU WILL: BECOME THE OWNER FOR PRODUCT ADOPTION GOALS AND THE GO-TO-PERSON FOR ALL PRODUCT RELEASES - Support a product release end-to-end, owning the execution from strategy to adoption measurement. - Regularly report on product adoption metrics and other product marketing KPIs. - Develop goals and projects that support the initiatives of the product development team alongside sustaining product marketing operations. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS) FOR THIS ROLE MAY INCLUDE: PRODUCT ADOPTION, PROCESS COVERAGE, AND PATIENT OUTCOMES - Product Adoption: Clear connection between PMM efforts and improved feature adoption or activation within target segments. Minimum includes on-time delivery of complete GTM and launch packets for all major releases. - Team Enablement: Adoption and consistent use of messaging and assets across Growth, Brand, CS, and Partnerships. Cross-team readiness and understanding of new releases, supported by effective training and internal collateral. WHAT YOU WILL BRING - At least 2 previous roles in product marketing where you oversaw go-to-market strategy in a SaaS or healthtech company AND were responsible for aligning multiple functions around those goals (engineering, product management, customer success, etc) - Experience leading full GTM cycles including compelling positioning, messaging, collateral creation, cross-functional launch execution, and operating within established visual design and editorial guidelines. - Experience operating in a strong data-driven and outcomes-focused environment, including the use of data intelligence products and exposure to AI-enabled workflows. - Strong foundation in human-centered design principles including user research and insight-gathering skills (customer interviews, competitive analysis, segmentation). - Deep alignment with CareMessage’s mission to advance health equity proven through previous experience in healthcare technology, EHR ecosystems, interoperability, or population health tools. _____________________________________ WHAT WE OFFER We take care of our employees by being intentional in our compensation and benefits offerings.
