We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our EOR product end to end and make it the best in the market. You’ll sit in the Product & Operations team with a direct line to the CEO.</p><p>This role is about depth and craft, not a big title. You’ll own the full employee lifecycle, from quotes and onboarding to compliance, benefits, and offboarding, along with the internal tooling and AI agents that run behind it.</p><p>We’re also moving our product organisation from delivery-led to discovery-led, and EOR leads that shift. The scope is real from day one.</p><p></p><p><strong>

What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Own the full EOR lifecycle.</strong> Quotes, onboarding, contracts, country compliance, benefits, changes during employment, and offboarding. Know where it breaks today, and fix it.</li><li><strong>Set the roadmap.</strong> Decide what gets built and what doesn’t, and defend those calls.</li><li><strong>Lead discovery.</strong> Spend real time with customers, prospects, employees, and our operations teams, and set the standard for discovery-led product at RemotePass.</li><li><strong>Turn noise into direction.</strong> Distil CS escalations, ops pain, sales objections, prospect calls, and support tickets into a clear, prioritised view of what matters.

Make your reasoning visible so the business knows where it stands.</li><li><strong>Go deep on countries.</strong> EOR runs on a mix of our own entities and in-country partners, each with its own rules. Turn employment law, compliance requirements, and country-specific flows into product that works at scale.</li><li><strong>Build the machinery behind EOR.</strong> Own the internal platforms and AI agents behind EOR operations, including onboarding and contract automation, compliance checks, ops workflows, and support tooling, so operations can scale without adding headcount.</li><li><strong>Drive execution across time zones.</strong> Connect product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market, and work closely with Payroll where EOR and payroll meet. Drive outcomes without waiting for a room to walk into.</li></ul>
