About the role
You own how workplace strategy becomes product reality. As a Senior Product Manager at OfficeSpace, you will shape the vision, roadmap, and execution of workplace management and employee engagement capabilities—from workplace insights and real estate optimization to AI-powered decision support and forecasting.
You will balance discovery with delivery, customer empathy with data, and AI speed with human judgment. Your job is to find the problems worth solving, align teams around the right outcomes, and turn those opportunities into products customers value.

What you’ll do

Shape product strategy. Set the direction for workplace management and employee engagement capabilities by connecting customer problems, market signals, business priorities, and product opportunities.

Own the roadmap. Turn a multi-year product vision into a focused, evolving roadmap centered on workplace insights, real estate optimization, engagement, and measurable customer outcomes.

Lead continuous discovery. Partner with Design and Research to uncover customer needs, test assumptions, validate concepts, and identify opportunities before committing engineering capacity.

Turn evidence into decisions. Synthesize customer feedback, product analytics, competitive signals, and AI-assisted research to prioritize the problems with the greatest potential impact.

Orchestrate AI-enabled product workflows. Use AI agents and copilots to accelerate research synthesis, requirements development, scenario analysis, prototyping, and product communication. Set the context and constraints, verify the outputs, and own the decisions.

Build for the AI era. Identify where agentic AI and emerging technologies can create differentiated customer value. Turn the strongest opportunities into reliable, intuitive, responsible product experiences.

Drive execution. Partner daily with Engineering and Design to clarify outcomes, make trade-offs, remove ambiguity, and ship high-quality capabilities.

Measure what matters. Define success metrics before launch. Use adoption, customer behavior, efficiency, retention, and business impact to determine what happens next.

Drive cross-functional outcomes. Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to shape positioning, prepare launches, drive adoption, and bring market feedback into product decisions.

Adapt fast. Challenge assumptions, respond to new evidence, and evolve priorities as customers, technology, and the market change.
What you bring
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ownership from discovery through launch and iteration.
- A track record of shaping product strategy, managing complex roadmaps, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Strong product discovery skills. You frame problems, test assumptions, conduct customer research, and separate signal from noise.
- Strong product judgment. You make clear trade-offs when customer needs, technical constraints, data, and commercial priorities compete.
- A data-driven approach to product decisions, including defining success metrics and using analytics to evaluate outcomes.
- High AI fluency. You use AI as part of your day-to-day product operating system—not simply for content generation.
