IMG Academy provides growth opportunities for student-athletes and partners through an innovative suite of on-campus and online experiences: - Boarding school and camps, delivered on a state-of-the-art campus in Bradenton, Florida - Online coaching through IMG Academy +, focused on personal development through the lens of sport and performance - Online college recruiting through NCSA College Recruiting and SportsRecruits, providing industry-leading recruiting education, tools, and access to a network of more than 40,000 college coaches for student-athletes, families, club coaches, and event operators - Elevate by IMG Academy , a performance and personal development solution that delivers mindset, leadership, and wellbeing programming to schools, colleges, and organizations through a combination of digital content and immersive experiences Position Summary: As a Senior Product Manager, you own whether the solution is valuable to customers and viable for the business, working alongside design and engineering, who bring usability and feasibility. This role needs to build strong working relationships across design and engineering and pull in the right partners for the problem at hand. It also needs a working knowledge of the constraints across marketing, sales, customer success, finance, accounting, legal, and privacy, plus a deep understanding of who our athletes are and how they actually use our products. That depth comes from genuine curiosity: about the business, about the families and athletes we serve, about the data behind their behavior, and about the technology, including AI, that shapes what's possible for the product. The best person for this this role builds shared context across the teams around them, and earns trust and rapport with stakeholders, not through authority, but by consistently showing up with the right questions and the right evidence. This role sits at the bleeding edge of solving problems for families navigating the college recruiting process. The decisions made here will shape the experience for thousands of families, and in some cases change the course of a young athlete's life. It's an individual contributor role, accountable for solving real problems for customers in a way that works for the business, not just shipping a list of features. Success here is measured by the outcomes we create for athletes and families, and by how those outcomes move the business forward. Position Responsibilities: - Execute against and help inform the product vision and strategy for the Core Athlete experience, translating it into a roadmap where each phase of work builds on the one before it, not just a queue of features. Foster shared understanding of that vision and strategy across your team and stakeholders. - Build and maintain deep, current knowledge of the business, our athletes and families, the data behind their behavior, and the technology behind our products, and use that knowledge to spot the right problems early. - Own the backlog. Write user stories and acceptance criteria that make the “why” clear, not just the “what.” - Partner with design and engineering, and pull in the right people across the business, to move from discovery to delivery. - Run experiments to test solutions before betting the roadmap on them. Feasibility and usability get tested early, not discovered late. - Track industry trends and the competitive landscape in athlete recruiting, and bring that context back to the team. - Stay fluent in AI as it evolves.
