We are excited to offer an internal opportunity for a Senior Product Information Advisor on a 12-month secondment basis, supporting one of our UK Retail clients. This role is ideal for experienced Product Information Advisors who are looking to take the next step in their careers.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Spec/pack copy review
- Artwork review
- Formulation review
- Regulatory Adaptations
- In-depth technical knowledge in area of responsibility, including codes of practice, policies and guidance
- Practical experience of using specification or artwork systems and packages
- Consistently works at expected work rate and to a high level of accuracy
- Confident to apply requirements to product information and explain decisions to clients
- Excellent oral and written communication.

- You should be able to effectively communicate actionable comments on the work they provide to clients in a simple and concise manner. You will be able to confidently deliver concise communications on complex technical topics, for clients who may not have a technical background.

- You will be able to confidently navigate and interpret UK and EU regulations when considering specifications, artworks, and other product-related documentation for clients.
- You will be able to confidently navigate and scrutinise client artworks and specifications, highlighting non-compliances within the documents provided.
- Where required, you will be able to confidently navigate specification systems (i.e. FIND), to gather the data/documents required for artwork and specification reviews. identify missing documentation or information required for progressing the specification or artwork.
