Senior Performance Marketer | Meta Ads Expert, Lead Generation & Alex Hormozi Strategies

We are a Canadian automotive financing company looking for a top-level performance marketer and Meta Ads specialist to develop, execute, and scale our customer acquisition strategy.

Our goal is to generate our own high-quality automotive financing leads instead of purchasing leads from third-party providers.

Scope of Work:

Develop and execute a complete paid advertising and lead-generation strategy.

Create, launch, manage, and scale high-performing Facebook and Instagram campaigns.

Apply Hormozi's strategies to lead magnets, offers, messaging, and customer acquisition.

Work with our video production team to develop winning ad hooks, scripts, creatives, and VSLs.

Collaborate with our GHL developer to optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead tracking.

Implement Meta Pixel, Conversions API, retargeting, and conversion attribution.

Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.

Optimize campaigns for qualified financing applications and actual vehicle sales, not just cheap leads.

Analyze performance, manage advertising budgets, and provide clear weekly reports.

Requirements:

Expert-level Meta Ads experience with proven results generating leads at scale.

Strong knowledge of Alex Hormozi's $100M Leads and practical experience implementing his strategies.

Proven experience managing significant advertising budgets and optimizing customer acquisition costs.

Advanced understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structure, creative testing, tracking, and conversion optimization.

Experience with GoHighLevel, VSL funnels, and automotive or financial-services advertising is a major advantage.

Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, troubleshoot problems, and require minimal supervision.

Must be proactive, results-driven, and capable of taking full ownership of marketing performance.
