Pop On Veneers is hiring a Senior Meta Media Buyer Assistant to work directly alongside our Lead Media Buyer and help manage large-scale direct response advertising campaigns. We are one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer smile brands in the United States, spending heavily across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other acquisition channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing beyond surface-level metrics and thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.

You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day execution and monitoring of our Meta advertising accounts, including:

- Launching and structuring campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager

- Monitoring campaign performance closely throughout the day

- Assisting with scaling, budget allocation, and optimizations

- Identifying creative fatigue and performance shifts early

- Analyzing KPIs including CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR, CPM, CVR, and hook rates

- Reporting insights and trends to the media buying and creative teams

- Helping maintain account organization, tracking accuracy, and operational consistency

This is not a “set it and forget it” role. We are looking for someone proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and deeply comfortable inside Ads Manager.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on Meta/Facebook ads experience

- Strong understanding of direct response e-commerce advertising

- Experience working with medium-to-high spend accounts preferred

Familiarity with:

- Advantage+

- ABO/CBO structures

- Pixel/event tracking

- Northbeam Attribution models

- Creative testing frameworks

- Retargeting strategies

- Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills

- Ability to spot performance issues quickly and think critically about solutions

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

- Shopify

- Northbeam

- Blotout

- Klaviyo

- Direct response creative analysis

- High-volume DTC brands
