WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
As a Senior Manager of Global Site and Study Operations (GSSO) Vendor Relationship Management, you will support the centralized management of FSP staffing and resource processes across GSSO, including resource request intake, approval tracking, headcount monitoring, staffing analytics, and maintenance of staff tracking tools. This role will help ensure accurate, timely, and transparent visibility to FSP resource demand, approvals, onboarding status, role alignment, and portfolio-level staffing trends across Resource Work Types.
You will also support vendor relationship management activities as needed, including governance support, oversight of study and site management and monitoring services, issue escalation, performance data review, sponsorship of contracted resources and process alignment.
Additionally, you will proactively identify and implement opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and digital tools to improve resource tracking, staffing analytics, reporting accuracy, process automation, and decision-making related to FSP staffing and resource operations.
HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT

Manage the FSP resource request intake, approval tracking, and staffing administration process across GSSO, including coordination across Resource Work Types.

Track FSP headcount, approvals, onboarding/offboarding status, role alignment, and staffing changes to ensure accurate visibility to resource status and trends.

Support administration and continuous improvement of staff tracking tools, dashboards, approval logs, and related resource management documentation.

Analyze staffing trends, resource gaps, approval cycle times, onboarding delays, plan variance, and staffing-related KPIs to support portfolio-level decision-making.

Prepare staffing dashboards, reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate resource status, trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities.

Maintain accuracy of contracted resource information in Pfizer systems, including Get Access and other related systems used to support resource tracking and governance.

Support FSP resource forecasts and invoice review and approval.

Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure resource management processes, staffing data, delivery metrics, and communications related to contracted resources across CD&O are consistent and seamless.

Drive and implement business processes within GSSO in support of functional excellence, with emphasis on staffing operations, resource governance, and process transparency.

Identify and implement opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and digital tools to improve resource tracking, staffing analytics, reporting, and process automation.

Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend AI-driven solutions to improve data analysis, reporting accuracy, and decision-making in FSP staffing and resource operations.

Support process development and enhancement initiatives related to FSP staffing, resource tracking, and resource governance; contribute to CRO/FSP vendor relationship management process improvements as needed.

Support review of FSP delivery metrics, with emphasis on identifying staffing-related risks, resource gaps, approval delays, onboarding issues, plan variance, and trends that may impact portfolio delivery.

Coordinate with CRO/FSP providers and internal stakeholders to support issue escalation, mitigation planning, and resolution of resource-related delivery risks.

Ensure vendor training and overs
