Project type : Ultra-luxury residential interiors

Required Skills:

Degree in Interior Design from a college of repute is a must. (preferably international exposure of internship or working abroad)

Experience- 5 to 10 years

Proficiency in various softwares i.e. Auto-CAD, SketchUp, In-design & Photoshop.

Experience on luxury residential buildings and hospitality projects

. Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Exceptional aesthetic sense and visual judgment.

* Mature space planning and layout resolution.

* Understanding of scale, proportion and furniture placement.

* Ability to understand classical, modern-classical and contemporary design languages.

* Ability to find references appropriate to the actual architecture, proportions and dimensions of a room.

* Ability to translate references into an original and workable design.

* Experience developing concept, schematic and detailed design-development boards.

* Strong furniture, lighting, flooring, ceiling, cornice, fabric, carpet and material selection.

* Ability to take a design from initial concept through to an approved 3D.

* Ability to guide junior designers and coordinate with project managers, 3D visualisers and technical-drawing teams.

* A stable, collaborative and non-defensive working temperament.
