This is a hands-on role where your contributions will have direct, visible impact from day one.
What You'll Do

Design, build, and ship full-stack features across the entire application layer, from database schema to UI.

-
Write clean, well-tested code and participate actively in code reviews to uphold quality standards.

-
Contribute to technical decisions on stack, frameworks, and system design in collaboration with the Senior Engineering Manager.

-
Help maintain and improve coding standards, documentation practices, and deployment processes as the platform matures.

AI-Native Developme nt

Identify opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into the product itself where they add real user value.

-
Stay current with rapidly evolving tooling and bring practical recommendations to the team.

Collaboration & Execution

-
Translate product requirements into well-scoped technical solutions and execute on them with minimal hand-holding.

-
Work closely with product, design, and stakeholders in an iterative, remote-first environment.

-
Surface and communicate technical risks early and help drive them to resolution.

-
Support a small, fast-moving team by jumping in wherever you're needed.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise

-
5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong, current full stack skills.

-
Proficiency across the stack, including modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks on the frontend, server-side development, relational and/or NoSQL databases, and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

-
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

-
Practical use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development velocity and quality.

Mindset & Working Style

-
Strong ownership mentality; you drive work to completion without waiting to be unblocked.

-
Comfortable with ambiguity and the reality that requirements evolve in a fast-paced product environment.

-
Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.

-
Low ego, high output; you're as comfortable picking up a bug fix as designing a new service.

Bonus Points For

-
Experience contributing to a platform through a major release or growth inflection point.

-
Background in the recreational vehicle, manufacturing, or related industries.

-
Familiarity with modern observability, security practices, or infrastructure-as-code.

The chance to contribute to an AI-native engineering culture and modern development practices in a growing organization.

-
Collaborative environment with the stability and resources of an established RV industry leader.

-
Competitive compensation and benefits package.

-
Flexible work arrangements with a remote-first team setup.
