About The Role…
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to build Wildix ’s FP&A function from the ground up. Working directly with the CFO, you will establish the financial models, forecasting and performance-management practices that enable leadership to make informed decisions and drive sustainable growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys turning complex business and financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product/R&D, Accounting and Data/BI, while helping shape the processes, reporting and infrastructure that will support Wildix as it scales.
As the function grows, you will have the opportunity to shape its long-term strategy, processes and future team.
What You Will Do…
- Own Wildix ’sannual budget, rolling forecasts and long-term plan, connecting operational drivers to revenue, profitability and cash-flow.
- Builddriver-based ARR and revenue models covering new business, expansion, downsell, churn, pricing, customer and partner activity.
- Develop Wildix ’s SaaS performance framework, including retention, unit economics, sales efficiency, Rule of 40 and R&D investments performance.
- Leadmonthly financial performance reviews, explain results against budget and forecast, and recommend specific actions to address risks and opportunities.
- Partner closely withSales, RevOps, Marketing, Product/R&D and other business leaders to improve forecasting accuracy, challenge assumptions and support ROI-based investment decisions.
- Evaluatepricing, hiring, market, product and growth investments through scenario analysis, business cases and market, product and customer profitability
- Prepare concise management, Board and investor reporting that clearly communicates performance, outlook, key drivers and strategic trade-offs.
- Work with Accounting and Data/BI to reconcile KPIs to financial results and build scalable, increasingly automated FP&A processes, systems and reporting.
What You Will Bring…
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance or Strategic Finance, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology or another recurring-revenue business.
- Strong track record of building and owning financial models, budgets, rolling forecasts and multi-year plans, with the ability to connect operational drivers to P&L, cash flow and business performance.
- Strong understanding of SaaS and subscription economics, including ARR/MRR, NRR/GRR, churn, expansion, CAC/payback, gross margin and sales efficiency.
