You will play a key role in shaping a newly established product area, with significant autonomy over technical decisions and engineering standards. Lead frontend architecture and technical direction for the self-service onboarding journey and platform experience.
-
Spend approximately 80% of your hands-on development time on frontend engineering and 20% on backend development, adapting as priorities evolve.

-
Ability to work independently, establish appropriate technical standards, and make decisions without relying on extensive guidance.
-
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Design, Product, and Engineering colleagues.
-
Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity, particularly in a newly formed team where processes and tools are still evolving.
