Work Your Way:
At Spreetail, we believe in empowering our employees to work in the way that suits them best through our Work Your Way approach. Each team member has the flexibility to choose where they work most effectively each week—whether that's from home, a coffee shop, or the office. While flexibility is key, we also value the power of in-person connection. That’s why we bring our corporate team together in Lincoln each quarter for a week of intentional collaboration, team building, community engagement, and our All-Hands meeting. It’s the best of both worlds: the freedom to work your way, with meaningful opportunities to connect and grow together. How you will achieve success:
- Unlock the full GMV potential of every brand you manage by building smart, competitive fulfillment contract models — using market insights to spot real opportunities and drive triple-digit impact.

- Turn ambitious brand goals into a clear playbook, then rally teams, peers, and brand leaders to execute that strategy at every touchpoint.

- Own account health end to end — tracking on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales daily, and moving fast to keep brands winning.

- Build strong relationships with business leaders at every level, lead brand communications, and deliver projects with precision — always going above and beyond for a best-in-class brand experience.

- Drive brand reporting that actually moves the needle: lead calls, track open items, push follow-ups, and run weekly business reviews that close gaps and keep results on track.

What experiences will help you in this role:
- Native Mandarin speaker with full English fluency — you move seamlessly between languages and cultures, translating not just words but strategy for Mandarin-speaking brands.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services.

- 5–6+ years managing e-commerce clients with net sales exceeding $20 million annually, ideally including brands importing from China — you know how to turn big accounts into bigger wins.

- A track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, confidently engaging everyone from C-level executives to support teams.

- Sharp independent and team leadership skills, creative problem-solving instincts, and standout writing, phone, and presentation abilities — with a relentless focus on delivering results on time, every time.
