Job Overview
The Sr. Director, Site Development will serve as the owner-side lead responsible for carrying CleanSpark's AI Data Center sites across Texas from entitlement through construction, commissioning, and turnover to the business.
This role owns the full site lifecycle rather than a single phase, staying with each assigned site from initial evaluation and entitlement through permitting, utility and power interconnection, construction oversight, commissioning, and final handover. The Sr. Director leads a dedicated regional team, works closely with our design-build partner, CleanSpark's Program Controls and Quality functions, and CleanSpark's executive leadership to keep assigned sites on schedule, on budget, and built to the standard our business depends on.
