This role is hybrid based in San Jose, CA, and reports to the Head of Data Security. We built the Zscaler architecture from the ground up as a platform that could extend to new features and services. This role sits at the confluence of Data Security, providing a massive opportunity to deliver a growing portfolio of never-before-seen capabilities in threat prevention, visibility, scalability, and business enablement.

What you ll do (Role Expectations) Develop and execute a strategic vision for Core Data Security products, driving innovation and growth to achieve $1 Billion in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to innovate and bring products to market successfully Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering growth and a culture of high-accountability innovation Incorporate customer feedback and market trends into product development to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs Provide strategic guidance to maintain technical and market leadership in Data Security by navigating the synergies between AI and Data Security use cases, building a roadmap that enables customers to securely deploy AI without risking data loss or exposure.
