Project Management/Client Services:
- Serve as point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Develop client satisfaction processes and track feedback for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Understand project/clients' business objectives and challenges to provide strategic insights and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies and processes to ensure project success and health.
- Ensure project management compliance through ACDC’s PM Framework
- Review, update, and implement the ACDC PM Framework annually.
- Resolve client issues, concerns, and escalations in a prompt and satisfactory manner.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in project management practices.
- Drive the adoption and training of project management tools, methodologies, and technologies. Implement best practices for standard project management.
- Develop and train on lean methodology, standard approaches for process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other divisions to streamline cross-functional processes and improve overall organizational effectiveness.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project management division.
- Define project management processes and ensure their effective implementation utilizing Salesforce.
- Monitor project performance and progress, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within ACDC.
- Manage and maintain ongoing resource allocation across all company projects in Salesforce.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
