With strong customer acquisition already in place, our next priority is clear: turning first-time buyers into loyal, high-LTV customers. We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager Netherlands to take ownership of CRM as a powerful retention and growth engine for the Dutch market.
As ( Senior) CRM Manager (gn) - Netherlands , you will own and develop our CRM and lifecycle strategy, with a clear focus on second purchase, retention, and customer lifetime value .
Your Mission
- You define and execute the CRM & lifecycle strategy for the Dutch market and take end-to-end ownership of its performance.
- You build and optimize automated customer journeys across welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, reactivation, and win-back.
- You plan and execute localized CRM campaigns and continuously advance segmentation and personalization.
- You partner closely with the NL Country Manager and Promotion Planning to activate launches, promotions, restocks, and key commercial moments.
- You own CRM performance across revenue, conversion, repeat purchase rate, and CLV and translate insights into a clear optimization roadmap.
- You drive continuous experimentation and A/B testing to identify and scale the most effective retention levers.
- You collaborate with Performance Marketing and Influencer teams to ensure CRM is fully integrated into the wider market strategy.
- You ensure all CRM activities follow GDPR and data privacy requirements .
Your Qualifications
- You bring 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing, ideally within DTC or eCommerce.
- You have strong hands-on expertise with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms , including automation, segmentation, personalization, testing, and deliverability.
- You have a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in retention, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value .
- You have a strong understanding of the Dutch consumer market , including local shopping behavior and communication style.
- You combine a strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to turn customer data into concrete actions.
- You bring a high level of ownership and are comfortable driving initiatives independently from strategy through execution.
- You have a solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy best practices .
- You are fluent in Dutch and English ; German is a plus.
