Senior Creative Account Manager

We are looking for a Senior Creative Account Manager (Full-time, Remote) with strong agency or creative experience to lead client relationships and oversee the delivery of high-quality creative work. This role will act as the key bridge between clients and creative teams, understanding business needs, shaping clear requirements, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring work is strategically aligned, accurate, and client-ready.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage key client relationships and day-to-day communication.
- Lead client discussions to understand objectives, requirements, and priorities.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable creative briefs.
- Advise clients and manage expectations around scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, and other creative specialists.
- Review creative work for quality, accuracy, brand alignment, and overall effectiveness.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and creative direction to internal teams.
- Consolidate and manage client feedback, revisions, and approvals.
- Identify risks, gaps, or unclear requirements early and recommend solutions.
- Ensure all deliverables are polished and client-ready.

Requirements
- Significant experience in senior account management, client services, or creative project/account management.
- Strong background within a creative, advertising, digital, or marketing agency.
- Proven experience managing senior client stakeholders and complex creative projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong creative judgment with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to confidently review and challenge creative work when required.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, briefing, feedback, and quality control.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
