Senior Business Operations Specialist

This role sits at the intersection of Delivery, Sales, Finance, Legal, Talent, and Growth. You will own PMO execution, scheduling and bench management, operational reporting, and the tooling that holds it all together - Productive , Salesforce, and HubSpot. Your job is to keep delivery data accurate, forecasts reliable, and margin leakage visible early enough to act on.

Salary Ranges:

PLN 15.000-21.000 net + VAT (B2B) or
PLN 12.500-17.500 gross (Employment Contract).
