Senior Brand Designer | Web & Design Systems

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Brand Designer | Web & Design Systems based in Brazil.

This role is ideal for a senior designer who combines exceptional brand craft with deep expertise in scalable marketing websites and digital experiences. You will lead complex web brand initiatives from concept through launch, shaping experiences that are visually compelling, technically feasible, and aligned with business goals. You’ll work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to bring high-quality digital experiences to life. A key focus will be evolving web design systems, reusable components, and scalable patterns that enable efficient implementation. You’ll also contribute to high-converting landing pages, campaigns, emails, and other digital touchpoints while maintaining brand consistency. This is a brand-focused role rather than a product design position, with strong opportunities to influence how the digital brand evolves.

Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end web brand design projects, from initial concepts and exploration through final delivery and launch, ensuring consistently high-quality execution across digital touchpoints.

- Partner closely with developers to create responsive, accessible, technically feasible web experiences while understanding implementation constraints and collaborating effectively throughout the build process.

- Own and evolve web-focused design systems, including components, variables, design tokens, libraries, and reusable patterns that support scalable and efficient digital experiences.

- Design high-converting landing pages and marketing experiences that balance brand expression, user experience, business objectives, and visual excellence.

- Maintain brand consistency across websites, landing pages, email templates, digital campaigns, and other marketing experiences while adapting the brand effectively to different formats.

- Collaborate with Brand, Growth Marketing, CRM, Engineering, and other stakeholders throughout the design process to translate business objectives into compelling digital experiences.

- Leverage AI-powered design tools, rapid prototyping, and emerging creative workflows to accelerate ideation, experimentation, and execution.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, combined with strong professional experience in brand and digital design.

- Proven experience designing marketing websites, landing pages, and digital brand experiences, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional web design and scalable digital work.

- Experience leading complex web brand design projects from concept through launch, with a strong understanding of the full design-to-development workflow.

- Hands-on experience building, evolving, or maintaining web-focused design systems, including components, variables, design tokens, libraries, and scalable design patterns.

- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with developers, including an understanding of responsive behavior, accessibility, and technical implementation constraints.

- Advanced proficiency in Figma, particularly Auto Layout, Variables, Components, and Libraries.

- Professional proficiency in English, as it will be used regularly for day-to-day collaboration.

- Experience in SaaS, technology companies, startups, or digital agencies is a plus, as is familiarity with HubSpot, Frontify, or other marketing platforms.

- Additional experience with modular email templates, CRO, SEO, web performance, marketing analytics, AI-powered design workflows, brand strategy, or broader business initiatives is valued.
