About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join the Care Operations team! Our analysts develop a deep understanding of the day-to-day performance of the Care Operations business, using data to identify opportunities, improve processes, and drive better outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will surface insights that shape key initiatives and process improvements, helping deliver a world-class experience for both patients and providers. This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role that partners closely with teams across the organization.
You Will:

Lead complex analyses across Care Operations to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and translate ambiguous business problems into actionable strategies and recommendations.

Monitor business performance and Care Operations KPIs to proactively identify risks and opportunities, using data and patient insights to advocate for improvements to the patient and Care team experience.

Own analytical and operational workstreams independently, applying judgment to prioritize issues, develop solutions, and drive measurable improvements across growth, efficiency, quality, and care delivery.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, Customer Support, and Clinical Operations, to influence priorities, solve complex problems, and translate operational insights into product and process improvements.

Measure the impact of launches, experiments, and operational changes, identify opportunities to iterate, and drive follow-through until performance reaches a steady state.

Present complex findings, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, adapting communication to technical and non-technical audiences and building alignment around the path forward.
You Have:

6+ years of experience in operations and/or analytics, preferably at a high-growth DTC company or consumer marketplace

Proven track record in analytical and operations roles within a rapidly growing company, balancing quantitative and qualitative inputs to drive rapid decision-making and execution

Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives, actionable insights, and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Looker, and Tableau, with experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis and synthesize data

Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for mentoring and supporting the growth of team members
