SAP Intralogistics to Demand Technical Consultant
- Acts as the key interface between Rollout teams and the IT (Build) team, continuously aligning and implementing the (sub-) process Intralogistics to Demand (I2D) on a global level.
- Owns the Requirement-to-Build pipeline for I2D processes: Requirements Gathering: Capture, analyze, and structure Business Requirements (BR) received from the Rollout teams.
- Process Design & Validation: Translate business needs into clear, standard-compliant functional specifications for the IT/Development configuration team.
- Testing & Alignment: Partner with the BD team to validate the build, support Unit and E2E test case definition, and ensure the configured solution matches the original business requirements.
- Change & Release Management: Support the transition and hand-over of finalized I2D configurations back to the Rollout teams for deployment.
- Aligns and adapts the (sub-) process changes, including requirements from local rollouts, norms, standards, and other integrated processes (e.g., Manufacturing to Stock, Order to Cash).
- Supports the definition of the roadmap to increase the maturity, standardization, and compliance of the (sub-) process I2D globally.
- Secures a sustainable design and strict compliance with the global logistics and warehouse process standards.
- Drives digitalization and automation roadmap in Warehouse and Material Flow Management by evaluating new requirements for Industry 4.0 / Logistics 4.0 solutions (e.g., AGV integrations, RFID, advanced scanning).
- Monitors relevant process key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage transformation programs to improve overall I2D capabilities.
- Acts as a consultant and coach for Rollout teams and key user departments on how to apply and align with global process standards.
- Maintains intensive communication, collaboration, and change management in a highly complex, international environment
- Bachelor's in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent)
- Extensive business experience in procurement logistics and/or production logistics and/or manufacturing
- 3+ years of experience in SAP consulting or industry environments.
- In-depth experience and know-how in SAP (intra-) logistics modules (LE/WM/EWM) including customization/configuration and processes.
- Knowledge of EDI, digital integration of suppliers and S/4HANA EWM as an advantage.
- Experience in SAP Consulting (or similar) and/or SAP Implementation Projects (e.g. as sub-project leader, key user or consultant)
