Salesforce Administrator

The successful candidate will work as a Salesforce Administrator, responsible for managing and optimising Salesforce platforms to support both internal users and client environments. You will play a key role in configuring the system, supporting users, and contributing to ongoing delivery projects, while continuing to develop your technical and functional expertise.
This is a highly collaborative role offering hands-on experience across Salesforce configuration, support and project delivery, with clear progression into a Consultant position.

Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and reports
- Manage user administration, including user setup, roles, profiles and permissions
- Provide day-to-day user support and issue resolution
- Support Salesforce implementations and enhancement projects
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Collaborate with Consultants and Developers to deliver system changes
- Support data management activities including data imports, cleansing and validation
- Assist in testing activities, including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Maintain documentation including system configurations and process flows
- Work towards achieving Salesforce Administrator and relevant certifications
Requirements

- Experience working with Salesforce platform (Admin level) or similar CRM systems
- Understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, security model)
