Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join Stay Group and become part of our player engagement team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building direct relationships with players through proactive communication across phone, email, and messengers. Your main focus will be to engage new and existing players, support their onboarding, encourage ongoing activity, and build long-term relationships with the brand.

The role combines sales, customer communication, and retention . You will understand players' needs, recommend relevant offers and promotions, reactivate inactive players, and create a personalized experience that supports both player satisfaction and business growth.

We are looking for someone who is confident in communication, proactive, comfortable with outbound communication, and motivated by working toward tangible business results.
