Sales Representative Consumer CZ (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

- increase sales by mazimising the shelf share in store

- check assortment in store in order to minimise OOS

- define with Store Manager the best secondary placement for each promo event in line with company targets

- monitor sales activities to ensure that sales targets are met and start required actions to boost sales and maximise potential of each store

- identifying customer needs and recommend product solutions

- regular reporting of results

- communication with Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales KAM, Customer service, communication with retailers, 3rd party Merchandising Companies

Qualifications:

- at least secondary school degree (higher education is an advantage)

- 2-3 years of FMCG Field Sales experience

- communication skills in Czech/Slovak (level C1, C2) and basic English (level A0/A1 or higher is an advantage)

- place of residence: Prague, Prague-West

- up to date market knowledge

- understanding sales tools & practices

- excellent verbal communication skills

- self-motivated and organised individual

- ability to build relationship with key contacts
