Sales Representative

Bilgewater Group is a Chicago-based diversified services company founded in 2003. We operate across two core divisions: food service and care.

Our food service division manages a network of quick-service and counter-service locations across the greater Chicagoland area, serving thousands of customers every day at high-traffic venues, including commercial districts, transit hubs, and retail centers.
ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Representative to help grow our business by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and supporting the sales process from initial outreach through follow-up. This role is well suited for a motivated communicator who enjoys working with people and achieving results in a remote environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Identify and contact potential customers through phone, email, and other channels

Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services

Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers

Follow up on leads and ongoing sales opportunities

Maintain accurate customer and sales information

Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs

Keep track of sales activities and follow-ups

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or a similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and professional approach to customer conversations

- Good organization and follow-up skills

Comfortable working with computers and customer information systems

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Reliable internet connection and workspace

Legally authorized to work in the United States

NICE TO HAVE

- Previous remote sales experience

Experience with CRM or sales management systems

COMPENSATION

$45,000–$60,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
