Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify prospective clients and support sales outreach activities under the guidance of the sales team.

2. Assist with lead generation and follow up on customer inquiries.

3. Engage with potential customers and support customer interactions.

4. Prepare sales presentations and contribute to marketing campaigns across digital channels.

5. Gather customer feedback and update CRM records accurately.

6. Support training sessions and product demonstrations.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts.

8. Prepare and submit regular reports on activities and performance metrics.
