Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to pre-generated leads provided by the company (this is not cold calling, fresh leads are shared daily from Facebook and Instagram campaigns).

2. Explain event details clearly, address basic queries, and maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.

3. Update lead status accurately on the company CRM system and coordinate closely with the internal team for closures and end-to-end follow-ups until the event (events are conducted every 3 months).
