We are hiring for Sales Development Representatives Bilinguals (Thai).
This is 100% purely remote.
Requirements:

- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience including but not limited to Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, Customer Service, Translation

- Must be good in English and local language (Thai).

Responsibilities:

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

- Content Translation from English to Thai (Local Language) and outreach customization in line with local market strategy

- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

- Multi-Channel outreach via call, email, social media (LinkedIn), Instant Messaging and events marketing

- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from target prospects

- Gather and validate information (Company Information, Contact Information, Tech Stack etc) from the contact engagement, online sources and lists purchased from other organizations

- Document in the CRM what transpired in the conversations and engagements with target prospects including their current setup, evaluation timelines, pain points etc

- Schedule appointments (online or face to face) for the client's sales representative/s to meet with the target prospects and attend sales presentations/discovery calls.

- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

- Report to the Production Manager/Client Success Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) basis

- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and will undergo product training and support

- Program Assignment: Minimum of 2 Accounts

- Utilize the client's CRM for outreach and record updates

- Other tasks that are assigned by the direct supervisor
