Sales Associate (WFH)

About the job:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven remote sales associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business for our hotels by reaching out to construction companies and securing Local Negotiated Rates (LNRs).

Key responsibilities:

1. Make daily outbound calls to construction companies and corporate clients

2. Pitch hotel services and negotiate LNR (Local Negotiated Rates) agreements

3. Build and maintain strong client relationships

4. Record call details and update customer information in CRM systems

5. Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions consistently

6. Meet daily/weekly sales targets
