Who you are The Sales Associate role within theBridgeUSAInternational Sales team is designed for recent college graduates and emerging professionals who are eager to build a career in sales. This position is ideal for someone competitive, motivated by achieving results, and driven to meet and exceed ambitious targets. What You’ll Do As a Sales Associate, you will learn the fundamentals of sales outreach, relationship building, and program promotion while supporting the growth of theBridgeUSAprograms. Responsibilities may include: - Connect with prospective host organizations, partners, and community contacts to introduce BridgeUSA programs - Support outreach campaigns through phone, email, and virtual sales meetings - Build relationships with employers and community partners across the U.S. with the goal of driving sales. - Collaborate with experienced team members to identify new partnership opportunities that would result in sales - Track outreach activities and engagement using internal systems - Participate in training sessions focused on professional communication, sales fundamentals, and international education - Help promote cultural exchange opportunities that support global learning and workforce development What Y
