The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced sales professionals based in Egypt to join our remote UAE sales team. This is a high-performance, high-earning sales role for someone who knows how to build trust, understand a client's needs, handle objections, negotiate confidently, and close.

You won't be expected to spend your day searching for random prospects.

Qualified leads, CRM access, sales tools, product training, and onboarding support are provided. Your focus is converting opportunities into deals.

What You'll Do
- Manage qualified buyer and investor leads from first conversation through to closing
- Understand client objectives, investment goals, budgets, and requirements
- Present suitable UAE property and land investment opportunities
- Conduct consultations and professional sales presentations
- Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Handle objections and negotiate confidently
- Build long-term relationships with investors and high-value clients
- Keep all leads, activities, and opportunities accurately updated in the CRM
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
