Sales Admin Assistant

Available Position:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Admin Assistant to support our Account Managers. You will work with our existing customers and our network of sources on the day-to-day ordering, quoting, and customer updates that keep our business running smoothly.

This is a stable, long-term role with a consistent daily routine and predictable hours, ideal for someone who already knows the work and takes pride in doing it well.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating sales and purchase order transactions
- Updating customers on existing orders
- Creating sales quotes
- Product research using company and industry databases
- Working with current sources to obtain new products
- Data entry
- Special projects as requested

Experience:

Qualified candidates will be energetic, self-motivated, and have the following:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word)
- Strong communication skills with internal and external customers using phone, text, and email
- Familiarity with customer/sales software (CRM)
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled in accurate order entry
- Experience working independently and within a team
- Ability to “close-the-loop”
- Time management and prioritization skills
