Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our product and design teams to implement innovative solutions and ensure a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Implement and optimize smart contracts and blockchain protocols.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of software engineering experience using Rust, Kotlin, or Go.

Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Rust, Kotlin, or Go.

Experience with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.

Strong understanding of Web3 principles, including decentralization, tokenization, and cryptography.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively communicating with a distributed team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Ethereum, Polkadot, or other blockchain ecosystems.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript) to support full-stack development.
