Revenue Operations Lead
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead based in United States .
This is a high-impact opportunity to build a Revenue Operations function from the ground up within a fast-growing fintech environment. You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales to create the systems, data infrastructure, reporting, and messaging needed to scale the sales organization. The role supports Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives while helping turn a large existing user base into an effective sales pipeline. You’ll define foundational processes such as funnel architecture, lead scoring, forecasting, and outbound messaging. This is a true builder role where you’ll have significant ownership and autonomy rather than maintaining established systems. You’ll operate in a lean, collaborative environment where experimentation, analytical thinking, and measurable outcomes are highly valued.
Accountabilities:
- Take full ownership of the CRM environment, including administration, integrations, data quality, and ongoing optimization.
- Build and expand data-enrichment processes for new registrants and existing users.
- Define and document the complete funnel from lead through deal creation, including a lead-scoring framework.
- Build dashboards, reporting, and forecasting infrastructure that enables the sales organization to measure performance and determine whether new sales motions are working.
- Develop tooling and processes to validate time-boxed experiments and sales-motion tests.
- Create, test, and continuously improve prospect-facing messaging across email and LinkedIn, partnering closely with SDRs on targeting and sequencing.
- Own messaging performance metrics, including reply rates and definitions of positive responses, and connect those insights to broader funnel performance.
- Work closely with AEs and SDRs to identify opportunities, test new approaches, and continuously improve sales processes and execution.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Analytics, or a closely related field.
- Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot at an administrative level, or equivalent expertise with another CRM platform.
- Strong understanding of CRM integrations, data architecture, and data quality management, with the ability to own the underlying systems rather than simply report on them.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience building funnel definitions, lead-scoring models, reporting frameworks, and forecasting processes from scratch.
- Experience creating, testing, and refining outbound sales messaging across email and LinkedIn, or directly overseeing this work.
- Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments where processes, definitions, and operating models still need to be established.
- Strong ownership mindset, sound judgment, clear communication, and a willingness to take responsibility for measurable outcomes.
- Experience in fintech, financial data, or advisor-facing SaaS is a plus but not required.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $115,000–$135,000, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, and location.
- Performance bonus of up to $25,000 per year tied to team pipeline and revenue goals, paid quarterly.
- Equity options.
- Remote work environment.
- Opportunity to have direct, measurable impact within a lean and growing sales organization.
- High degree of autonomy and ownership over the development of a new Revenue Operations function.
- Collaborative culture centered on customer focus, teamwork, continuous improvement, humility, respect, and execution.
- Opportunity to work on an innovative financial analytics product serving a large and growing user base.
- Exposure to a fast-moving environment focused on efficiency, sustainable growth, and operational excellence.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage are specified for eligible U.S. employees; Canada-specific healthcare coverage was not provided in the source description.
- Additional benefits may vary based on employment location and eligibility.
