This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Director based in the United States.

This leadership role will drive the systems, processes, data, and cross-functional alignment that support predictable and scalable revenue growth. You will connect Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around shared goals while improving the operational infrastructure behind the go-to-market organization. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on optimization of processes, technology, reporting, and revenue forecasting. You will turn business data into actionable insights, strengthen customer health visibility, and improve operational efficiency across teams. The position offers a high-impact opportunity to shape RevOps practices within a growing organization operating at the forefront of an emerging technology industry.

You will work in a collaborative environment with significant autonomy, while helping teams make better decisions through reliable data and well-designed systems. The role can be fully remote in the U.S. or based onsite/hybrid from an available office, with up to 10% travel.

Accountabilities:
- Lead Revenue Operations strategy by connecting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams around shared business objectives, targets, and revenue outcomes.

- Build, optimize, and analyze the internal infrastructure, systems, and processes that enable efficient customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Identify operational inefficiencies across departments and redesign processes to improve scalability, consistency, and effectiveness.

- Align revenue technology and data infrastructure to provide a comprehensive view of revenue performance, business activity, and go-to-market operations.

- Own and improve revenue forecasting practices, using business data to support informed planning and decision-making.

- Develop customer health dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable visibility into customer engagement and retention.

- Partner with go-to-market teams to uncover insights from business data and translate them into operational improvements.

- Support sales enablement by developing training and guidance around CRM platforms and other revenue systems.

Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, business-aligned FP&A, go-to-market strategy, or go-to-market operations.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, another STEM discipline such as Chemistry, Physics, or Engineering, or a related field in Business or Finance.

- Demonstrated experience working with CRM platforms and revenue technology.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect data, processes, systems, and business outcomes.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and align diverse teams around common objectives.

- Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-growing environment.

- Genuine interest in quantum computing and enthusiasm for learning about emerging technologies and their business applications.

- MBA is preferred.

- Experience working in both startup and larger-company environments is preferred.
