Position: Generalist (Macbook User)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality research questions, answers, and evaluation materials to train advanced language models.

- Gather and clearly summarize information from diverse sources to support AI model training.

- Provide structured feedback to improve AI model outputs and training data quality.

- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and elevate model performance.

- Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure consistency and coverage across datasets.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Macbook with Apple Silicon (ARM) or M-series chip.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or 2–3 years of relevant experience + Bachelor's from a prestigious institution.

- Strong online research and communication skills.

- Excellent written communication skills.

Preferred
- Interdisciplinary degree.
