Training and Development Assistant – Remote
Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training and Development Assistant to support employee performance and development across our organization. This remote position will focus on evaluating and certifying employees' phone skills across a variety of departments while supporting process improvement and reporting initiatives.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a strong customer service background, solid technology skills, and the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze and certify employees' phone skills across a variety of departments.

Evaluate phone interactions based on established customer service and communication standards.

Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives align with organizational goals.

Support additional training and development projects as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of one year of customer service experience required.

Experience working with phone scripts preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer technology.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others in a remote environment.
