Remote Sales Representative - Water Treatment

Pay:  $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

LifeSource Water Systems is one of the fastest-growing residential water treatment companies in the US. We're hiring closers to run virtual sales consultations with homeowners and sign them same-day. 

LifeSource Water Systems has been a pioneer in residential water filtration for more than 42 years, helping homeowners across the country improve the quality of the water throughout their homes. 

We're looking for experienced, high-performing sales professionals who know how to sell directly to consumers, build trust quickly, overcome objections, and close.

This is a closing role. You are not qualifying leads for someone else. You run the presentation, you handle the objections, you sign the contract.

The numbers:
- Average ticket: $6k
- Consistent lead flow with an ave of 100-200 WARM/HOT homeowner calls per week
- Established reps typically close 10+ deals per month with high performers over 20+ deals per month.

Compensation:
- Commission % on every sale with a monthly draw.
- Monthly incentives, annual bonus, and recognition programs on top.
- Realistic first-year earnings: $120,000. Top producers clear $200,000+
