Remote Appointment Setter / Outbound Caller – Media Company

We’re hiring an experienced Appointment Setter for a growing media company.

This is a phone-heavy outbound sales role. We’re looking for someone who is naturally confident on the phone, speaks strong conversational English, and knows how to turn cold conversations into qualified appointments.

What You’ll Do

Make 100+ outbound calls per day

Speak with prospective clients and identify opportunities

Build rapport and confidently guide conversations

Qualify prospects and book appointments

Follow up with interested prospects

Track calls, conversations, and appointments in a Google Sheet

Use PhoneBurner for outbound calling

Schedule & Pay

15–20 hours per week

Approximately 3–4 hours per day

$7–$9/hour, depending on experience and skill level

Performance bonuses available for appointments that result in closed business.

Who We’re Looking For

Strong, clear conversational English

Confident and personable on the phone

Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or sales experience

Comfortable making 100+ calls every working day

Able to hold a natural conversation rather than simply reading a script

Comfortable handling objections and rejection

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Reliable internet and professional calling environment

Able to learn quickly with minimal training
