- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefings to placement.

- Sourcing, screening and interviewing high-quality candidates.

- Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.

- Using recruitment systems and job portals to manage pipelines effectively.

- Meeting recruitment targets while delivering exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements
·Grade 12
·3+ years of experience in recruiting.

- Prior experience working on ATS systems, MS Office and Online Platforms.

·Excellent Communication skills.

- Target Driven, organised and able to work well in a team environment​
