At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, managing offers, and supporting successful onboarding.
This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role where you’ll partner with hiring managers and clients to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across multiple industries and functions. You’ll own recruiting pipelines, candidate experience, stakeholder communication, and hiring operations while ensuring positions are filled efficiently without compromising candidate quality.

What You’ll Own
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Create and optimize job descriptions that maximize candidate attraction.
- Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Ensure hiring processes remain organized, efficient, and compliant.
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, Boolean search techniques, and niche job boards.
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates.
- Execute outbound sourcing campaigns to engage top talent.
- Develop talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and response rates.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing
- Conduct structured phone and video interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Coordinate assessments and screening exercises when required.
- Maintain detailed interview notes, candidate evaluations, and ATS records.
- Present qualified candidates with clear hiring recommendations.
Candidate Experience & Communication
- Keep candidates informed throughout every stage of the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
- Prepare candidates for upcoming interview stages.
- Deliver timely, professional, and transparent communication.
- Ensure every candidate receives a positive recruitment experience.
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Provide hiring managers with pipeline updates and market insights.
- Facilitate interview debriefs and hiring discussions.
- Support hiring decisions through structured candidate evaluations.
- Act as a trusted recruiting partner for clients and internal stakeholders.
Offer Management & Recruiting Operations
- Draft and present employment offers.
- Support offer negotiations and compensation discussions.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and hiring logistics.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting dashboards.
- Track recruiting metrics including:
- Time-to-Fill
- Source Effectiveness
- Pipeline Health
- Interview-to-Hire Conversion
- Provide regular recruiting reports and hiring updates.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related role.
- Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proven sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, iCIMS, or similar platforms.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience managing recruitment
