Delta Workforce is a staffing agency specializing in the manufacturing sector. We are currently seeking a Recruiter to help us fill open positions and support our clients across Michigan.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct phone interviews to screen and qualify candidates for manufacturing and related roles.

- Monitor and support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

- Advertise open positions on job boards, social media platforms, and other channels.

- Post jobs, manage candidate databases, and maintain accurate recruiting records.

- Perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative tasks to support the recruiting team.
