NOW HIRING: REAL ESTATE DISPOSITIONS & MARKETING MANAGER

Full-Time | Remote | Training Provided

We are a growing U.S.-based real estate investment company specializing in foreclosure properties, distressed real estate, fix-and-flips, and investment opportunities throughout Georgia.

We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, and highly organized Dispositions & Marketing Manager to join our team full-time.

This is not just an administrative position. You will play an important role in helping us analyze properties, market investment opportunities, communicate with cash buyers, build our buyer database, collect offers, and help move properties from acquisition to sale.

Real estate experience is preferred but NOT required. We are willing to train the right person who is resourceful, comfortable communicating with people, good with technology, and eager to learn real estate investing.

DISPOSITIONS & BUYER MANAGEMENT

A major part of this position will be communicating with cash buyers and investors and generating interest in our available properties.

Responsibilities include:

- Communicate directly with cash buyers and real estate investors by phone, SMS, and email

- Respond to buyers interested in available properties

- Send property information, photos, pricing, and investment details

- Follow up with buyers regarding available deals

- Collect offers and buyer interest on properties

- Build and maintain our cash buyer database

- Vet and qualify new buyers

- Determine buyers' preferred areas, price ranges, property types, and buying criteria

- Collect Proof of Funds when necessary

- Track which buyers are interested in each property

- Maintain consistent follow-up with active buyers

- Help coordinate property showings and access when needed

- Assist with moving properties from contract through resale, assignment, or closing

MARKETING

You will be responsible for helping market our available investment properties across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include:

- Create and send SMS marketing campaigns to buyers

- Create and send email marketing campaigns

- Prepare property flyers and marketing materials using Canva

- Write property descriptions and investment deal summaries

- Upload and organize property photos

- Market available properties to our buyer database

- Post properties on approved real estate platforms and groups

- Organize property information into professional marketing packages

- Track buyer responses and interest

- Follow up with buyers who respond to marketing

- Help continuously grow our cash buyer database

We need someone who can actively generate interest in our properties, communicate with buyers, and follow up consistently rather than simply posting advertisements and waiting for responses.

PROPERTY UNDERWRITING & ACQUISITIONS SUPPORT

Because we specialize heavily in foreclosure and distressed properties, you will also assist our Acquisitions team with underwriting potential deals.

We will train you on our underwriting process.

Responsibilities include:

- Research foreclosure properties and potential acquisitions

- Pull property information and public records

- Research tax records, liens, ownership information, and available property data

- Run comparable sales (comps)

- Help determine current market value

- Help calculate After Repair Value (ARV)

- Review property photos and condition

- Assist with estimating potential renovation costs

- Calculate potential purchase prices and investment margins

- Help determine whether properties meet our investment criteria

- Maintain underwriting spreadsheets and property trackers

- Prepare deal information for management to review

You do not need to already know how to underwrite real estate. We can train you. However, you must be comfortable working with numbers, researching information, using spreadsheets, and learning how real estate investment deals are analyzed.

RESEARCH & DATA MANAGEMENT

Additional responsibilities may include:

- County property research

- Tax and public record research

- GSCCA research

- Property ownership research

- Maintaining Google Sheets and trackers

- Organizing property folders and documents

- Updating CRM records

- Maintaining accurate buyer and property information

- Preparing daily reports and updates for management

- Is comfortable speaking with U.S.-based buyers and investors

- Is confident communicating by phone, SMS, and email

- Is highly organized and detail-oriented

- Is comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets

- Is tech-savvy and learns new software quickly

- Can follow systems and instructions

- Can research and troubleshoot independently

- Takes initiative and does not need to be told every small task

- Can manage multiple properties and buyers at the same time

- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Is interested in learning real estate investing and underwriting

- Is looking for a stable, long-term position

- Has reliable internet and a dependable computer

- Has full-time availability with no conflicting full-time employment

Previous experience in real estate, wholesaling, dispositions, property underwriting, cold calling, sales, marketing, or lead management is a PLUS, but it is not required for the right candidate.

-Position: Dispositions & Marketing Manager

-Employment: Full-Time, Remote

-Schedule: Monday through Friday

-Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM Eastern Time

-Lunch: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Eastern Time

-Start Date: ASAP

-Compensation: Based on experience plus performance bonuses

-Experience Required: None. Real estate experience is a plus.
