Position Description & Requirements
Position Summary Radiology Associate of Canton (RAC) is seeking Board-Eligible or Board-Certified General Radiologist to join our remote evening team. These roles offer flexible scheduling, and both Associate and Partnership Track opportunities. Radiologists can choose start and end times that best fit their schedule, maintaining an excellent work-life balance while working alongside a highly collaborative, physician-led group. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interpreting a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies and performing non-subspecialty reads.
Remote Evening Associate 7 on/14 off)
Schedule: 7 on/14 off (ending at 10pm-12am, you choose)
Total Starting Compensation: $425K (inclusive of 401K profit sharing) Commencement
Bonus: $50K
Remote Evening Partner (7 on /14 off) Schedule:
7 on/ 14 off+ 28 additional half evening shifts (ending at 10pm-12am, you choose)
Total Starting Compensation: $490K (inclusive of 401K profit sharing)
Commencement Bonus: $50K
All associate/partnership eligible roles with CRC include full benefits, home workstation, and offer substantial moonlighting and incentive pay opportunities with some radiologists earning over $1 million in annual total compensation and partner compensation averaging $800K annually.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Comfortable with all modalities within subspecialty
Comfortable reading general radiology for outpatient, inpatient and emergency medicine
Opportunities to grow in both clinical and non-clinical roles within the practice
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Ohio Board certified or Board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology

Radiology Associates of Canton (RAC) was established in 1971 and serves Aultman Hospital main campus, Aultman Orrville Hospital, Aultman Alliance Community Hospital, Southwest General Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Foundation Union Hospital sites, and other locations in Cuyahoga, Stark, Tuscarawas and Wayne Counties. In addition to interpretive and procedural services, RAC partners with Aultman, Mercy and NEOMED offer a four-year ACGME accredited residency training program in diagnostic radiology. We provide a complete learning experience with dedicated instruction in each subspecialty of radiology. Physician owned and operated; they are committed to providing compassionate, cost-effective, high-quality services. The group consists of 29 sub-specialized radiologists, PA’s and an RA.
