QUALITY & INNOVATIONS MANAGER (WFH)

About the job:

We are looking for a Quality & Innovations Manager to drive quality excellence, patient safety, accreditation readiness and continuous improvement across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

Lead hospital-wide quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives.

Drive compliance with NABH/NABL/JCI and other applicable standards.

Develop, monitor and improve quality indicators, clinical/non-clinical KPIs and dashboards.

Coordinate internal audits, accreditation assessments, gap assessments and corrective actions.

Identify process gaps and lead structured improvement projects.

Promote innovation, digitalisation and evidence-based process improvements across departments.

Facilitate root-cause analysis, CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.

Train teams on quality systems, patient safety and process excellence.

Prepare quality reports and present key insights to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Quality, Hospital Administration or a related discipline.

Relevant experience in hospital quality, accreditation or process excellence.

Strong understanding of NABH/NABL/JCI frameworks and quality tools.

Experience in audits, RCA, CAPA, KPI monitoring and improvement projects.

Strong analytical, project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
