We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team.

This role combines strong software quality assurance and validation expertise with a modern, technology-driven approach to quality. You will work in a highly regulated environment, contributing to the validation of our SaaS products while helping us further develop our use of test automation, AI-assisted QA, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

As a QA Engineer at Cyntegrity , you will:

- Drive Software Quality & Validation: Plan, execute, and document testing and validation activities in a regulated environment.

- Advance Test Automation: Develop and improve automated testing approaches and integrate them into QA workflows.

- Apply AI in QA: Use AI-assisted tools to improve testing, analysis, automation, and validation processes while ensuring appropriate human oversight.

- Support DevOps & CI/CD: Collaborate with Development and IT teams to embed quality and automated testing into development and deployment workflows.

- Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain traceability, validation evidence, and audit-ready documentation; identify and manage defects and quality risks.

- Improve QA Processes: Identify opportunities to make testing and validation more efficient, scalable, risk-based, and automated.

- Collaborate & Share Expertise: Work closely with QA, Development, Product, and IT/DevOps teams and contribute to developing QA best practices.

Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Life Sciences, or another relevant field.

Experience:

- 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance, software testing, validation, test automation, or a related area.

- Proven experience working in a regulated or highly controlled environment, such as healthcare/life sciences, medical technology, banking, insurance, aerospace, energy/nuclear, or another industry with stringent quality and compliance requirements.

- Hands-on experience with software testing and validation processes, including test design, execution, defect management, documentation, and traceability.

- Practical experience with test automation and automated QA approaches.

- Experience working within modern software development and DevOps environments.

Skills & Knowledge

- Strong knowledge of software testing, QA, and validation principles.

- Good understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools, frameworks, or scripting.

- Practical experience using AI tools to improve QA, testing, or automation workflows.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate requirements and risks into effective test scenarios and validation evidence.

- Understanding of traceable, audit-ready quality processes and strong attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in an international, remote team.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with GxP, GAMP 5, ICH GCP, CSV, or CSA.

- Experience with SaaS products in healthcare, pharma, clinical research, or another regulated industry.

- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, databases, or test-data automation.

- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, GAMP 5, GCP, Azure, or similar.
